CREW CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Obertauern Tourist Office and the partner businesses reserve the right to make changes to the range of services at short notice.
- The Obertauern Crew Card 24/25 is only valid for employees of the Obertauern/ Untertauern and Tweng tourist regions and is free of charge.
- The Crew Card can be obtained by registering at https://app.obertauern.com/ | Obertauern Club Programme App
- The Obertauern Crew Card must be cancelled upon termination of employment.
- The Obertauern Crew Card is non-transferable and must be presented with a valid photo when using services.
- There is no guarantee or compensation from the TVB Obertauern or the partner businesses for services not used or available.
- The discounts and services can only be utilised by the person listed on the Crew Card.
- A single breach of the GTCs will result in the card being cancelled.
2. BOOKINGS:
Binding bookings made via this system exclusively establish a contractual relationship between the guest and the accommodation provider. The system operator and the Tourismusverband Obertauern exclude any liability for claims arising from the use of this system. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) as amended on 15 November 2006 shall apply to the contractual relationship between the guest and the accommodation provider. In legal terms, the "binding booking" via the client represents a binding offer by the guest to the respective accommodation provider. An accommodation contract that is binding for both parties only comes into being when the accommodation provider confirms the booking.
3. APPLICABLE LAW:
The contractual relationship between the guest and the accommodation provider shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) shall apply http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdfshall be deemed agreed. The General Terms and Conditions used by the respective accommodation provider shall also apply as a further contractual basis.
