Obertauern Crew Card Terms of Use

1. Scope
The Obertauern Crew Card is a free benefits and information service provided by the Obertauern Tourism Association for employees of businesses in the Obertauern area and in the municipalities of Untertauern and Tweng.
These Terms of Use apply to registration, use of the Obertauern Crew Card and access to the services and benefits offered through it.
2. Eligibility
The Obertauern Crew Card may only be used by individuals who are currently employed by a business in the Obertauern area or in the municipalities of Untertauern or Tweng.
Activation requires registration on the Crew Card platform and confirmation of current employment by the relevant employer.
The Crew Card is free of charge, personal and non-transferable.
3. Validity
The Crew Card is valid only for as long as the holder remains employed by an eligible business, and no later than the end of the relevant season.
The Crew Card is automatically deactivated at the end of each season. Reactivation is required for the following season. Previously submitted user data will remain stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, so that full re-registration is not required. Reactivation requires users to select their current employer and obtain confirmation of current employment from that employer.
Eligibility to use the Crew Card ends when employment ends. The Obertauern Tourism Association is entitled to deactivate the Crew Card.
If a user changes to another employer within the eligible area, confirmation by the new employer is required.
4. Services and Benefits
The current services, discounts and offers available through the Crew Card are published on the Crew Card platform.
Some services are provided by the Obertauern Tourism Association, while others are offered by independent partner businesses. Each partner business is responsible for providing the specific services it offers.
Services and discounts may be available for a limited period, subject to specific conditions or dependent on availability. The terms of each offer must be observed.
The Obertauern Tourism Association and the respective partner businesses reserve the right to modify, restrict or discontinue offers and services for objectively justified reasons.
There is no entitlement to the continued availability of any particular service or discount.
5. Use of the Crew Card
The Crew Card may only be used by the registered individual.
When accessing a service or benefit, users must present their valid digital Crew Card, including their profile photo and QR code, upon request.
Sharing the Crew Card, QR code or personal login details with third parties is not permitted.
Screenshots, printouts or photographs of the Crew Card or its QR code may not be used to access services or benefits. Upon request, Crew Card holders must verify their identity by presenting an official photo ID.
6. Misuse and Blocking
In the event of misuse, false information provided during registration, sharing of the Crew Card with third parties or other material breaches of these Terms of Use, the Obertauern Tourism Association may temporarily or permanently block the Crew Card.
7. Availability
The Obertauern Tourism Association endeavours to keep the Crew Card platform available with as few technical interruptions or restrictions as possible. However, continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
As a general rule, there is no entitlement to replacement services or financial compensation for services that have not been used, are unavailable, have been modified or have expired. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
User data submitted during registration may remain stored after the end of a season, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, to facilitate reactivation of the Crew Card in a subsequent season.
Further information about the nature, scope, purpose and duration of data processing, as well as the rights of data subjects, is provided in the privacy policy of the Crew Card platform.

10. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Obertauern Tourism Association reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use for factual, legal or organisational reasons.
Registered users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner. Where legally required, their consent will be obtained.
The current version of these Terms of Use will be published on the Crew Card platform.
